Inspections

The permit inspection requirements for each permit type can vary due to the scope of work. Permits require a minimum of one inspection and can require several. It is the Homeowner or their designated Contractor to manage permits, including the inspection process to ensure the permit closes before expiring.

You can schedule your inspections within minutes either by using the Oregon ePermitting Website or downloading the Oregon ePermitting mobile Application.
