Proposal Status
A decision has not been issued on this application yet. A public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on December 4th and the written record was left open after the hearing. On December 31, 2025, the applicant requested a Modification of Application (file no. 247-25-000766-MA) to have the boat slip reviewed as a nonconforming use. Because this Modification involves new criteria that applies to the application, the Hearings Officer determined that the record should be reopened and a new hearing date set. A continued hearing was held on February 5, 2026, and a Hearings Officer decision has not been issued yet.
