The Oregon ePermitting Website allows licensed contractors and homeowners to apply for permits such as Building and Septic/Onsite permits with just a few clicks of a mouse. At this time, Planning Permits cannot be applied for via the ePermitting Website, refer to the Planning & Zoning page for the application instructions.

The permit inspection requirements for each permit type can vary due to the scope of work. Permits require a minimum of one inspection and can require several. It is the Homeowner or their designated Contractor to manage permits, including the inspection process to ensure the permit closes before expiring.
