Downloading Approved Construction Documents

How do I download approved plans?

The construction plans are ONLY available to the Applicant.  Other Oregon ePermitting account holders do not have access to download plans where they are not the original Applicant. If you did not go online onto Oregon ePermitting, and apply for the permit you are not the applicant.

  1. Once you receive a copy of the onsite/ septic, structural or dwelling permit, the Applicant must download the plans from their Oregon ePermitting account.
  2. Log in to your Oregon ePermitting account. Link to Oregon ePermitting account
    1. Note: Most applicants miss this step. Please confirm you are logged in before reaching out for assistance.
  3. Find the permit in your dashboard or search for jobsite address using the numbers and first three letters of street name.
  4. Open the permit by clicking on the blue hyperlink ending in –STR, -PRMT-, -AUTH or –DWL. Commercial permits may have approved plans for –MECH, -PLM or –ELEC.
  5. Using the drop down menu for Record Info/Schedule Inspections, click on Documents Upload/View. This step takes up one to minute for Accela to load current documents for the permit.

    1. REVIEWED SITE PLAN
    2. REVIEWED CONSTRUCTION PLANSET
    3. REVIEWED JOBSITE PACKET
