Proposal Status
This application was submitted on February 20, 2024. On January 8, 2025, the applicant submitted a Modification of Application (land use file no. 247-25-000021-MA) to reduce the size of the area to be rezoned from 259 to 240.17 acres. An initial public hearing before a Hearings Officer has been scheduled for Friday, May 9th at 1:30 pm.
