FOR
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT HOME PROVIDER
The Deschutes County Health Services Department, Behavioral Health Division (DCHS), is seeking proposals for a qualified provider to deliver Residential Treatment Home services for up to five (5) individuals (“residents”) with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), who are typically under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board
(PSRB), in a facility rented or owned, licensed, and operated by the provider.
