Come by Central Oregon Veterans Outreach for your free and confidential HIV test! Results are available in 20 minutes with just a quick finger stick. Ask about Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing! Testing provided by the Central Oregon Public Health Partnership, a tri-county project.
