Commercial Construction
Commercial Permits:
1. Land Use approval, onsite septic and driveway access must be addressed prior to application submittal.
2. Create individual PDF files for the required supporting documents listed below:
- Commercial Permit Application Form
- See Site Plan Requirements Document (available in Supporting Documents section below)
- Authorized Representative Form
- Setback Acknowledgement form
- Architectural & Structural Drawings - to scale
- Mechanical Drawings - to scale
- Electrical Drawings - to scale
- Plumbing Drawings - to scale
- Structural Engineering Calculations
- Truss Layout / Engineering / Calculations
- Energy Comcheck Form (Envelope, Lighting, Mechanical)
- Special Inspection Form (If Applicable)
- Barrier Removal Form (If Applicable)
3. Complete the form titled "Application Form - Commercial Building Permit" (see Supporting Documents below)
4. Submit the online application at http://BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov
5. Incomplete applications will not be accepted
6. Schedule your inspections
7. Request your Certificate of Occupancy
Following approval of the final building inspection and final septic inspection, a Certificate of Occupancy can be obtained after the County receives:
- All Final Inspections Approved & All Outstanding Fees Paid
