Important dates for the May 18, 2021 Special District Election

• 02/06/21    First day for candidate to file
• 02/26/21    Last day for ballot title or referral text to filed
• 03/18/21    Last day for candidate to file
• 03/18/21    Last day for a SEL 801, SEL 802 or SEL 803 and Explanatory Statement to be filed
• 03/22/21    Last day for candidate’s statement to be filed for inclusion in county voters’ pamphlet
• 03/22/21    Last day for measure arguments to be filed for inclusion in county voters’ pamphlet
• 04/27/21    Last day to register to vote
• 04/28/21    Local Ballots mailed
• 05/18/21    Election Day: Ballots must be received by 8 pm on Election Day to be counted, postmarks do not count.
