Go For A Walk

Walking is a great and easy way to fit aerobic exercise into your day. You can get started without investing in any elaborate equipment--just a good, comfortable pair of shoes.

Even on busy days, it’s easy to make time for walking. Two 10-minute sessions are just as valuable as one 20-minute session. For the best health benefit, aim to accumulate 30 minutes of moderately intense activity, such as walking, each day.

Grab a coworker or two and start your walk break group today! Indoor hallways and stairs also serve as an easy way to get in some steps if outside is not an option.
