Justice Court Locations

Deschutes County Justice Court's main business office is located in Redmond, Oregon.  If you missed your appearance, you have an automatic 7 day grace period from the appearance date written on the bottom of your citation. You can attend a Redmond court session, appear at the Justice Court office located at the Redmond City Hall, 411 SW 9th St., Room 230, in Redmond or appear by letter within the 7 day grace period. After that time, a default judgment will be entered against you.

For your convenience, a drop box is located as a drive through behind Redmond City Hall in the employee parking lot. Our drop box is opened at 1 pm daily on business days.
