State Legislative Representation and Lobbying Services

The Deschutes County Department of Administrative Services is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms (hereinafter referred to solely as “firm”) to provide state legislative representation and lobbying services as described in the attached RFP Document.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, to be eligible for consideration. Late proposals will not be considered. Members of the proposal review committee and Deschutes County Board of Commissioners may not be contacted or solicited by any firm intending to submit a proposal.
