Deschutes County will receive bids for construction services for the removal and proper disposal of six (6) split system heat pumps and one (1) P-TAK unit. To be replaced with five (5) split systems and one (1) mini-split. Extend housekeeping pad to accommodate outdoor units. Add exhaust fans and filter boxes to mechanical rooms louvers.

RFP - Invitation to Bid Deschutes Services Building RTU #2 Replacement
Deschutes County will receive bids for construction services for the removal and proper disposal of existing RTU #2 and supply and installation of one 90-ton gas fired Roof Top Unit for the Deschutes Services Building, located at 1300 NW Wall Street, Bend OR 97703.
Deschutes County and the City of Bend, working collaboratively to address health and safety concerns at Juniper Ridge northeast of Bend, have established a Temporary Safe Stay Area (TSSA) for dispersed camping. Individuals camping in and around Juniper Ridge have been notified that the City-owned property in the area is closing on May 31 and they must either leave the area or move to the designated TSSA location by that date.
The Temporary Safe Stay Area (TSSA) is 170 acres of county and city owned property designated for homeless campers at Juniper Ridge, which is located northeast of Bend. It includes 50 acres of County-owned land and 120 acres of City-owned land and is located east of U.S. 97 and west of the railroad tracks (see map).
