Let's Pull Together is the 15th annual noxious weed eradication event.

Learn how you can protect our gorgeous, yet fragile, native Oregon ecosystem. Helping control noxious weeds is something every weekend gardener and concerned citizen young and old can do to become involved.

Festivities to thank all our volunteers to follow directly after the pulls at high noon at the Westside Venue in the Old Mill District. Entertainment, free lunch, refreshments, prizes and much more!

How to get involved: Join us on June 16th!

Bring your weeding tool of choice, your friends, and family, and join in! Sites are family friendly for children of all ages and for all physical ability levels. Mobile/Walking groups will depart the meet-at location after orientation

9:00 a.m. Meet us at our weed pull locations and our site coordinators and noxious weed experts will assist you in identifying native plants and noxious weeds.

Locations:

  • Pilot Butte State Park, groups will work the base and hiking trails
  • Northwest Crossing: Miller Elementary School
  • Along the beautiful Deschutes River in the Old Mill District Mobile group meeting at the west side of the footbridge in the Old Mill District (Google Map "Let's Pull Together")
  • Highland Elementary School (Green Up Day event - Debris Collection Only)
  • Marshall High School (Green Up Day event - Debris Collection Only)

11:45 a.m. Clean up and head to festivities!

Festivities at High Noon: Free for all our volunteers! Join us for lunch, beverages, prizes, entertainment and much more at the Westside Venue in the Old Mill District (On the west side of the footbridge along the river). By vehicle; enter parking area immediately west of the Columbia Street bridge. By bicycle or foot; along the trails at the OMD footbridge. (Google Map "Let's Pull Together")
