In our continued efforts to provide faster turnaround times for permit issuance, the Community Development Department will no longer be accepting paper submissions for Building and Onsite permits effective April 3rd, 2023.

Documents affected by this policy are:

  • Permit Applications (Onsite/Septic, Driveway Access, Building)
  • Site Plans
  • Construction Plans

Background:
On April 2023, will mark an entire year since we began the move to digital submissions only. We have seen tremendous benefits for both customers and staff when permit documents are submitted in digital format.
