The Hearings Officer denied the Applicant's request on September 13, 2023.

The applicant appealed the Hearings Officer decision on September 25, 2023; the appeal has been assigned the file number: 247-23-000704-A.

A consideration to hear the appeal was conducted with the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) on October 18, 2023. The BOCC declined to hear the appeal; it is unclear at this time if an appeal will be submitted to the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA).
