Proposal Status

A timely appeal was filed on June 26, 2023. The Board of County Commissioners is the hearings body on appeal. The Board of County Commissioners accepted review of the appeal and will hear the appeal limited de novo. 

A Public Hearing in front of the Board of County Commissioners was held on August 9, 2023. The Board went straight into deliberations at the conclusion of the hearing. The Board unanimously agreed to reverse the Hearing's Officer denial of the subject application.

The Board motioned to approve the draft decision and authorize signatures on the decision at the September 27, 2023 meeting. The final decision will be signed and mailed in short order. The County decision is final when mailed. Parties may appeal this decision to the Land Use Board of Appeals within 21 days of the date on which this decision is final.
