A public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on June 6, 2023. The application is currently in an open record period following the Hearings Officer hearing. New evidence and testimony must be submitted by June 13, 2023, rebuttal testimony must be submitted by June 20, 2023, and the applicant’s final legal argument must be submitted by June 27, 2023.
