Proposal Status

The applications were received on October 11, 2022. The initial public hearing before a Hearings Officer was held on May 2, 2023. Continuances of the initial hearing were held on July 11, 2023 and August 15, 2023.

The Hearings Officer approved the Applicant's request on August 31, 2023. To view the decision click this link. On September 11-12, 2023, the Applicant submitted a Reconsideration request to the Hearings Officer requesting changes to the approved decision and the Hearings Officer's Reconsideration decision was issued on October 5, 2023.

The Applicant appealed the Hearings Officer's decision. However, the Applicant withdrew their appeal on November 2, 2023. Therefore, the Hearings Officer's decision is the final decision of the County.
