Proposal Status
A Hearings Officer Hearing was held Tuesday, February 28th, 2023. The Hearings Officer recommended approval of the applicants request and a Public Hearing in front of the Board of County Commissioners was held on Wednesday, May 31st. The Board closed the oral and written record for this land use file and deliberations were held June 28, in which the Board decided to approved the proposal. The first reading of the approved ordinance was held in front of the Board on 8/16/2023 and the second reading was held on 8/30/2023.
The Board of County Commissioners issued Ordinance No. 2023-018, being its final decision, on September 12th. The Ordinance becomes effective on November 28, 2023.
