Proposal Summary

The Deschutes Board of County Commissioners (“Board”) will hold a public hearing to consider a multi-day music festival proposal by 4Peaks Presents, LLC for an Outdoor Mass Gathering (“OMG”) application. The applicant proposes to hold the festival in 2024 on a 150-acre parcel owned by DM Stevenson Ranch, LLC. The 4Peaks Music Festival includes overnight camping, parking, and food and drink for an estimated 2,000 people, including staff, vendors, and volunteers.

Location

21085 Knott Road, Bend, OR 97702 and identified on County Assessor’s Maps 18-12-22A as tax lot 100.

Proposal Status

The Board of County Commissioners has approved this permit and will sign Board Document 2023-368 at a date and time to be determined.
