Tobacco Prevention and Education Program

The Tobacco Prevention and Education Program (TPEP) is a comprehensive program, utilizing evidence based interventions to address tobacco and nicotine use. TPEP seeks to make Deschutes County safer and healthier by working with partners and stakeholders in the community to achieve the following goals:

1. Decrease tobacco related disparities
2. Promote smoke free environments
3. Prevent youth from initiating tobacco use
4. Help people who use tobacco access treatment
