Outreach Van

Bringing Testing to the People

The Outreach Van allows our STI and HIV Program staff to reach people in need of testing where they are at. By bringing testing directly to people in our Central Oregon communities, we are increasing the number of people who know their HIV status.

Since 6 out of 10 Oregonians have never been tested, some Oregonians have HIV and don't know it. People who know they have HIV are more likely to get treatment and less likely to spread it to others.
