COVID-19 Vaccines at the Family Kitchen

Get vaccinated at the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Family Kitchen in Bend! It is open to anyone 12 and older. 12 to 14 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Appointments, photo ID, and insurance are not needed to receive a vaccine. Please bring your vaccination card for your second or booster dose.

When: Wednesday, December 22, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Location: 231 NW Idaho Ave., Bend, OR 97703
Vaccine Type: Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson vaccines and booster doses.
Eligibility: Open to anyone 12 or older. 12 to 14 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
