Burgess Road / Day Road intersection project begins Sept. 4
LA PINE - On Tuesday, Sept. 4, work will begin on the Burgess Road / Day Road Intersection Improvement project. The project will include constructing left turn lanes for all four legs of the intersection and realigning Day Road and Pine Forest Drive at the intersection so that the roads are no longer offset from each other. The $604,000 project will be constructed by the County’s contractor, Alex Hodge Construction Inc. of Bend, Oregon.
The first stage of the project will include widening work on Burgess Road and is anticipated to last approximately two weeks.
