New Public Meetings Portal

Deschutes County has a new public meetings portal that will make it easier for you to connect to live and on-demand video, agendas and minutes/supporting documents for Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission and Hearings Officer meetings.

What’s New?

• A One Stop Shop - The new portal consolidates meeting video, agendas and minutes all in one place. It also organizes upcoming and past meeting information in one location. This portal will allow you to watch meetings on your time at your convenience.
   
• Quickly Jump to the Video You Want to See - Want to watch video for a specific agenda item? Our new on-demand video system makes it easy to jump to that portion of the meeting’s video. Click on the agenda item from the agenda and the video will automatically play that portion of the meeting minutes.
