DETERMINATION THAT STARCHASE IS THE SOLE SOURCE FOR GUARDIAN VEHICLE MOUNTED GPS LAUNCHER TOTAL SOLUTION PACKAGE.

ORS 279B.075 allows Deschutes County to award a contract without a competitive process when the goods are available from only one source. This document provides findings to support the conclusion that the County can contract with STARCHASE for GUARDIAN VEHICLE MOUNTED GPS LAUNCHER TOTAL SOLUTION PACKAGE for the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office.
