REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

BUCKHORN RD: M.P. 1.6 TO NW LOWER BRIDGE WAY

Deschutes County Road Department is requesting proposals for services from a qualified team of engineering professionals to provide engineering design services for the Buckhorn Rd: M.P. 1.6 to NW Lower Bridge Way project.  The total Project cost, including engineering and construction, is estimated to be $4,280,000.

RFP packets are available on the Deschutes County website at:  https://www.deschutescounty.gov/rfps.  Consultants intending to submit proposals must register on-line when retrieving the RFP packet.

The consultant selection process will be carried out according to ORS 279C.110 and Deschutes County Code.  Submittals are due by 2:00 PM on January 16, 2026.
