RFP - Supplying and Hauling of Crushed, Pre-Coated Rock for Chip Seal - 2019

DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON 
ROAD DEPARTMENT INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLYING AND HAULING OF PRE-COATED ROCK FOR CHIPSEAL

Sealed bids will be received at the Deschutes County Road Department, 61150 SE 27th Street, Bend, Oregon 97702, until but not after, 2:00 p.m. on January 31, 2019 at which time and place all bids for the above-entitled procurement will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

 The Class of Work for this Project is Rock Production. The Work will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

• Furnishing and hauling 19,200 tons of 3/8" - #8 asphalt-coated crushed chip seal rock to specified stockpiles in the Alfalfa, Redmond, Bend, and La Pine areas for Deschutes County Road Department
• Furnishing and hauling 220 tons of ½" – ¼" asphalt-coated crushed chip seal rock to specified stockpiles in the La Pine for Deschutes County Road Department
• Furnishing and hauling 260 tons of ¼" - #10 asphalt-coated crushed chip seal rock to specified stockpiles in the Bend, and La Pine areas for Deschutes County Road Department
