  • Email (by midnight): PVAB-Appeals@deschutes.org.  One petition per email.
  • In person (by 5:00 p.m.): Deschutes County Clerk, 1300 NW Wall Street, Suite 202, Bend, Oregon 97703

Postmarks are acceptable.

The County Clerk's Office is the only office that can receive and accept your petition(s).
