Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for ages 5+ at LaPine Senior Center

Deschutes County Health Services will be hosting a Flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic that we will be held at LaPine Senior Center. It is open to anyone 5 and older. 5 to 14 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• When: Monday, November 20th : 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.                          
• Location: 16450 Victory Way, La Pine 
• Eligibility: 
  • Flu vaccine:
    • Pediatric (5 through 18 years) 
      • Uninsured
      • Underinsured
      • AI/AN
      • Medicaid/OHP
      • NO private insurance
    • Adults, 19 and older 
      • Uninsured
      • Underinsured
      • NO Medicaid or private insurance
    • Adults, 65 and up:
      • High Dose Flu shots available for people who have insurance/Medicare
      • MUST have insurance
  • COVID-19 vaccine:​​​​​

      • Uninsured
      • Underinsured
      • AI/AN
      • Medicaid/OHP
      • NO private insurance
    • Adults, 19 and older
      • Uninsured ONLY
