Advantage Dental provides oral health care throughout Central Oregon. It is helping area programs, such as WIC, Head Start, local non-profits, and the public school system by providing Dental Hygiene Assessments, giving fluoride varnish treatments, and working with clients to get to a dental home for care. Advantage Dental's mission is to be the dentist of the community by providing service, leadership, and access to dental care in the community in a sustainable, entrepreneurial, and professional manner.
Bend Park and Recreation District (BPRD)
Bend Park and Recreation District (BPRD) operates and maintains 81 parks or open spaces and 56 miles of trail, encompassing more than 2,500 acres of developed and undeveloped parkland within the district. Serving all ages and abilities, BPRD offers over 770 recreation programs throughout the area including Juniper Swim & Fitness Center, the Bend Senior Center and coordinates several community-oriented events such as the July 4th Old Fashioned Festival and Pet Parade, and the Day of Play.
COPA is a community-based pediatric practice dedicated to serving the children and families of Central Oregon with excellent, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care.
Deschutes Public Library
Deschutes Public Library offers a variety of free services to families with young children including fun and interactive storytime every week, and ideas about early literacy activities parents can do at home to help their child become a reader. Parents will find plenty of free materials to check out and enjoy. A free library card allows the public to use the Downtown Bend, East Bend, La Pine, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver libraries.
Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education
Early Intervention (EI) works with children birth to 3 years. Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) works with children 3 to 5 years. The EI/ECSE program provides evaluation, parent coaching, consultation, and direct services by qualified professionals to address the individualized special needs of young children.
Family Access Network (FAN)
The Family Access Network (FAN) improves lives by ensuring all children in Deschutes County have access to basic-need services. FAN places advocates in local public schools; providing a direct, convenient way to connect those in need to essential services; such as food, shelter, health care, and more.
Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center of Central Oregon is the local "hub" for parent education and support. This nonprofit organization offers a wide variety of parental education and support programs to Central Oregon families, including parenting classes and workshops, discussions and presentations, online learning, lending library, and the 2-1-1 helpline.
Healthy Beginnings offers no-cost health and developmental screenings for all children ages birth through 5 and is available to families of all incomes. The organization connects families with the services they need to ensure that every child enters kindergarten ready-to-learn. Healthy Families of the High Desert
Healthy Families of the High Desert is an evidence-based child abuse prevention program that provides parent groups and home visitation services to first-time parents in Deschutes County.
The Parenting Education HUB
The Parenting Education HUB partners work together to coordinate and increase proven parenting education opportunities for all families in Central Oregon. Parents are offered a menu of local opportunities including family fun activities and events, parenting classes and workshops, and parenting resources.

Kemple Clinic's mission is to improve the health and well-being of children in Deschutes County by facilitating critical preventative, educational and dental treatment services for children whose families cannot access basic dental care. The Kemple Clinic advocates for all children needing timely, high-quality dental care. The KIDS Center is a child abuse intervention center serving Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties and Warm Springs Reservation. The staff at the KIDS Center is dedicated to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of child abuse.
Mosaic Medical is a community health center system in Bend, Prineville, and Madras serving the insured and uninsured. Mosaic treats the whole patient by addressing physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs.
Redmond School District

Redmond School District draws its nearly 7,000 students from the unique communities of Redmond, Terrebonne, Tumalo, Eagle Crest, Alfalfa, and Crooked River - each area holding a strong appeal for families. The district currently operates five K-5 elementary schools, two K-8 community schools, two middle schools, one charter school, one educational center, and one comprehensive high school. The district employs over 700 staff.
Saving Grace offers comprehensive family violence, dating violence, and sexual assault services including a 24-hour hotline and shelter for adults, teens, and children. Saving Grace's supervised visitation and exchange center - Mary's Place - provides a safe environment for visits between children and parents.
