Nelson lived in the rear of the building. He sold the structure in 1936. Over the years it has housed Foster's Bakery and the Moose Lodge Benevolent Society. Marshall Ricker and his wife Nancy bought the building in 1985 for $15,000. He renovated the building and added the second story.
