Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Deschutes County is soliciting proposals from vendors who are interested in providing cost-effective and quality copier leasing for county facilities. As such, we are looking for a vendor located in Deschutes County to provide this service.

The successful offeror shall be relied upon to supply, maintain and repair approximately 50 leased copiers for Deschutes County departments located throughout the county. This contract will be for one year with the option to extend it for up to three additional years.

Proposals in response to this RFP must be received by Deschutes County no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2008. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
