Deschutes County intends to conduct an evaluation of final cover alternatives for Knott Landfill, update the Area A Closure Plan and to develop conceptual end-use options for the Knott facility. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued by The Department of Solid Waste for this work. The documents on this page are reports prepared for the facility which may be helpful to those responding to the RFP. A copy of the County's Personal Services Contract is also provided.
