The proposed work consists of the following:

1. Overlay of the following roads:
   1. Approximately 4.7 miles of Johnson Road from Bend City Limits to Tumalo Reservoir Road
   2. Approximately 2.1 miles of Cheyenne Road from Cinder Butte to Navajo Circle in Deschutes River Woods Subdivision
   3. Approximately 1.5 miles of Cinder Butte Road from Baker Road to the end of pavement in Deschutes River Woods Subdivision
   4. Approximately 0.25 miles of Minnetonka Lane from Cinder Butte Road to Cherokee Road in Deschutes River Woods Subdivision.
2. Performance of such additional and incidental work as specified in the typical sections and  specifications.

The proposed work consists of the following:

1. Paving of approximately 26,373 S.F. of Parking Lot
2. Paving of 723 L.F. Roadway (24’ wide)
3. Install 116 S.Y. of 4 “Concrete sidewalk
4. Install 142 S.Y. of 4” Stamped Concrete Islands
5. Install 1235 L.F. of 12” Type “C” Concrete Curb
6. Design and install 4 new dual head Luminaires, including conduit and wiring
7. Paint Parking Stall Stripes and ADA Markings
8. Performance of such additional and incidental work as specified in the typical sections and specifications.
