Deschutes County has many online services to help you find information about properties and geographic areas within the County. Use mapping applications to interactively view and query Deschutes County GIS layers and other land based information. For tracking information regarding your property use one of our land records applications. To locate information about roads within our county use our road applications for maps and reports.

Through the Local Area Virtual Atlas (LAVA) locate your parcel by tax lot number, or situs address and view property on an interactive map where you can zoom and pan around. Turn layers on and off and retrieve DIAL Assessment Reports.

LAVA Subscription
Locate a parcel by tax lot number, name, or situs address and view property on an interactive map where you can zoom, pan, and identify features. Turn many layers on and off and retrieve reports including DIAL Assessment Reports, general property reports, county code documents, and building permit reports. You also have buffering and mailing label capabilities and access to tax map and survey images.

Tax Maps
The Assessor Tax Map Application allows you to view Assessor tax map images. Through the County's tax map application you can search for various maps by tax map number, by tax lot number and by site address. The tax map images are available in 2 formats; PDF format and TIF format.

DIAL Assessor Records
Retrieve Assessor Data Reports - Search by name, serial, account, street, subdivision, mobile home number, mobile home park, or permit number.

Survey Research
Find Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Partition Plats, etc using the Survey Research Application. The surveyors provide a nice web application to locate and view the County Surveyor's records online.

Road Maps
The online road maps application is a collection of detailed county wide maps created primarily for public safety purposes. There are two types of maps available through the On-Line Road Maps application. The Rural Series, and the more detailed Urban Series.

Legacy Road Index
The “Legacy Roads” layer in this application is an index of roads established by the Wasco, Crook and Deschutes County Commissioners in present day Deschutes County. Use this applciation to search through the historical road information.
