Nurse Home Visiting for babies with special needs or disabilities. Public Health Nurses can make home visits to help families learn how to care for their child with a health need or disability.  Nurses work with the family's physician and other services to make it easy for families to enjoy a team of  partners assisting them with learning about their child's health and finding out about community resources to meet their health and medical needs.

Families who are eligible for these services will receive information about how to request them at the time of their baby's birth.
