What services are at The SPOT?

  • Female annual exams
  • Free or low cost birth control
  • Emergency contraceptives
  • Pregnancy tests
  • Sexually transmitted infection testing & treatment
  • Reproductive health education

You may qualify for no cost birth control services if you:

  1. Live in Oregon
  2. Have a U.S. birth certificate (The Spot can help provide proof), or other proof of U.S. citizenship
  3. A permanent resident (5+years)
  4. Are a teen (19 and under) and earn up to $386 per week or $1,671 per month
  5. Are an adult (20+ years) and earn up to:

If you do not meet the requirements for no cost birth control, The Spot provides all birth control on a sliding fee and will not refuse anyone due to their inability to pay.
