Next Steps / Map Amendment Deadlines State law requires that all map amendments be processed concurrently and no frequently than once every thirty months.
Tax Bill Insert Deschutes County planning staff will review map amendment applications as well as prepare findings for removing lands no longer eligible based on Ordinance 2010-024. Staff will initiate a Measure 56 notice and include it as an insert to the fall property tax bill, alerting county residents of the first evidentiary hearing before the Planning Commission.
First Evidentiary Public Hearing The first evidentiary public hearing before the Planning Commission will occur in November 2010. The official date is being determined. | Links
