Customer service is the highest priority for the Community Development Department. Our goals are to make sure our Customer Service Centers are run efficiently, wait times are minimized and comprehensive and accurate information is provided. We are always trying to improve our turn around times and decrease customer waits.

We will continue to improve our operations and our customer service by adopting new internet and wireless technologies. Our new online and phone inspection application is an example of our dedication to expanding our services online to our customers.
