Child Support Helpline Legal advice and assistance to low-income parents who have problems with child support cases handled through Support Enforcement Division, District Attorney’s office, or Self Sufficiency Child Support Accounting Units. Phone 1-800-383-1222
Division of Child Support, Department of Justice Assists with the collection and modification of existing child support orders, and the establishment of paternity and support orders. Services available to all residents in which the custodial parent receives assistance in the form of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Cost: None. Legal Aid Services of Oregon Provides low-income individuals with legal advice and representation in civil cases. Cases include food stamps, social security, family law, landlord/tenant, welfare, debt collection, utility shutoffs, and job related issues.
