The Administrative Services Department encompasses the Veterans' Services Office, the Risk Management Program, the Personnel Department, and Building and Maintenance Services. The County's Public Communications Coordinator also works in the Administrative Services Department.

Deschutes County Administrator   Dave Kanner is the Chief Administrative Officer.  He is responsible for the administration and management of the County and its service districts and works under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners.
