Deschutes County Emergency Operations: Special Needs Registry

The voluntary registration form allows Deschutes County responders to identify seniors or persons with disabilities, with no family, neighbor or friend to help in times of disaster, who may need assistance from Deschutes County Emergency responders during emergency incidents.
