Public Hearing on Marijuana Land Use and Associated Issues

The hearing is planned from 10 a.m. until 12 noon; then from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., or it could last longer at the discretion of the Board.   Please see the attached agenda for how the hearing will be conducted and for further information.

Citizens can choose to attend either segment or both.  It will all be considered as the same public hearing.  Those who speak at the morning segment will not be afforded an opportunity to speak a second time in the afternoon.  The amount of time available for each speaker depends on the number of citizens who wish to speak.  Attached are 'testimony forms' that citizens can complete in advance of the hearing, if desired - whether testifying in writing, orally or both.
