Joint Meeting with the City of Bend regarding Bend UGB

This is a joint meeting of the Board of Commissioners with the City of Bend regarding the Bend Urban Growth Boundary Expansion.

There will be two hearings.  One will begin at 1 PM and go to 5 PM.   After a break, they will continue at 6 PM for a couple of hours, depending on the number of people wishing to comment.  Whether the hearing stays open beyond that evening depends on the level of public interest, whether there are questions raised that the County Commissioners or City Council need clarified, and other factors.

Attendees are asked to testify only once during these two timeframes to allow more time for others.

If you have printed documentation to submit, please bring two sets (one for each agency's records).  Please note that documents submitted at a hearing cannot be returned but must be retained by the agencies as part of the permanent record.  E-mails and written testimony can also be submitted to either agency in advance of the hearing.
