As far as we know, there is no list of properties being sold by trustees/banks. Deschutes County is not involved in bank foreclosures. You can contact the County Clerk and research public records for Notices of Default and Intention to Sell. You would have to search by address or the name of the entity that holds the mortgage. recordings@deschutes.org or (541) 388-6549.
For a fee, the county tax department can produce a list of properties in foreclosure for nonpayment of property taxes. tax@deschutes.org or (541) 388-6540.
The county can foreclose for nonpayment of property taxes and sell those parcels.
