Online Property Information (Dial)

Deschutes County Property Information ("New Dial") is a web-based application that provides access to information about properties within Deschutes County. It can be used to access property records and maps administered across County departments and divisions.

"Old DIAL" and "New Dial"

The "new Dial" application - Deschutes County Property Information - replaces a version of DIAL that has been available for 15 years. It's more typical of contemporary web-based application offerings found on the Internet. 

Deschutes County employees, land use professionals, and members of the public use the existing version of DIAL extensively. While it has a loyal following, Deschutes County staff members are confident that once you try the new application you will appreciate the new features and updated experience. Deschutes County will continue to provide access to the original version of DIAL for a short period of time before it is retired.

Accessing Online Property Information ("New Dial")

There are two key steps to finding Property Information using this web-based application. Submit the search form, then select an individual property. Next, choose the category of information or maps that you are interested in viewing.

To produce printable documents, select the "Reports" menu option. Detailed instructions are available from the “Help” page.
