Shapefiles and the File Based Geodatabase are updated weekly on Sunday nights.

Why can't I access the FTP site?
The FTP site is accessible only by password. Each client has their own unique user name and password.

How can I start a data subscription and how long will it take to receive data?
The fastest way to start a data subscription is by contacting Bob Haas at (541) 330-4608. In most cases a GIS data CD can be produced within 2 working days for pick up by a client or to be placed in the mail. An FTP account is usually set up within two weeks. Once the FTP subscription has been set up, data clients can download updated files.

Can I provide the Geographic Information Systems data to others?
The Geographic Information Systems Data is licensed to the user for the exclusive use of their company or agency. No redistribution of digital data is allowed. Details of the County's policy are dictated by a formal licensing agreement.

The Geographic Information Systems data is available in shapefile and ESRI file based geodatabase formats.
