Fee Schedule

Effective July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012 

Review Fees

Partition Plat: $500 + $20 per parcel (see note 1)
Subdivision Plat: $780 + $80 per lot (see note 1)
Subdivision Plat (Post Monumented): $1200 + $80 per lot (see note 2)
Condominium Plat: $780 + $60 per unit (see note 3)
Lot line Adjustment: $250 + $20 per line adjustment (see note 4) + $12 per additional sheet
Record of Survey: $165 + $12 per additional sheet
Affidavit of Correction: $80
Re-Checking Plat (Field and Office): $85
Oregon Corner Restoration Record: No charge

Notes:

1. County GIS fee of $20 per lot
2. Surveyor's Office fee of $60 per lot + County GIS fee of $20 per lot
3. Surveyor's Office fee of $40 per lot + County GIS fee of $20
4. County GIS fee of $20 per adjustment

All review fees include filing fees
All review fees are due at the time of submittal

Copy Fees

18" x 24" or Larger: $1.75 per page
8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17": $0.25 per page

Copy fees are the same for microfilm, Xerox or computer copies
